Hey guys, I’m a newbie here : )
I’m after some advice, I work on a helpdesk and pretty much hate it, I don’t like doing desktop support and don’t like dealing directly with end users on the front line. I have a CCNA, ITIL Foundation and have today passed the Cisco BSCI which I’m dead chuffed about.
My question is, I want to get another job in networking asap and not sure which will help more… continuing with the CCNP or deviating briefly to get MCTS win srv 08 Network Infrastructre cert…. I feel Microsoft may inhance my marketablility but the CCNP is a better cert all round and I do really want to work with Cisco gear…
What in your opinion is the best route for me to take to get noticed for another job asap??
