Career change from Software to Networks

Can anyonepls advice on how tochange from a software career path to network?

i have worked as an IT Businee Analyst and currently work as a Software quality assurance analyst but want to switch to networking.I have great interest in jobs that requires hands on but the challenge here is how to initiate the move.
