Hello everyone,
I am currently working as a level 1 support for Microsoft products which involve me troubleshoot for various issues like network printing, terminal printing, Troubleshooting VPN connectivity, desktop OS troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting , Application related troubleshooting, Monitoring servers and some basic server related issues like creating users , reset password , Rdp to servers for starting up services , Issues related to MS Exchange HMC like setting up outtlook(Anywahre, IMAP account, Pop account) , . troublehooting MAPI clients. Giving basic support to clients regarding Hosted Exchange and Hosted sharepoint.
Please advise me on what could be the best career option for me .
I am very much intrested in Databases .
Please guide me in this situation and what should be the steps i take to improve my support and knowledge.
