CC820 Motherboard & ATA/100 Controller

I have an Intel CC820 currently with an ATA66 controller. I’ll definately get a faster transfer rate on my 7200RPM HDD with a faster controller.

I can’t seem to find anywhere that the CC820 will accept a ATA100 controller.

Is it just a simpleswap? Might I have to upgrade the BIOS?
