CCNA Training for Job role

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently past my CCNA exam but am short on experience in nearly all aspect of fulfilling my job role.

So I was wondering if any of the expereinced heads can guide me.

What is the most important tools and softwares used/needed to daignose or troubleshoot problems and everyday uses?

what is the best material for me to practice or read on real live situations?

How does everyone learn or improve on thier skills, real live lab equipment a must or from on job training?

Anymore tips and tricks or useful information would be more then welcome
