Hi,
I am not expert in PC Handling.
My problem is CD/DVD drive is not opening any CD (but i can open the cds that i got with my Notebook, other
than these cd’s nothing can be opened).
Fewdays back i Uninstalled some softwares nero burner,Power DVD, Voeh player and some Anti virus softwares (I didnt remember
all the softwares that i removed.).
after that i observed my Cd/DVD is not functioning properly.
here i am giving more details abt the environment
System hardware – HP NX4300
OS – Windows XP sp2
CD ROM- MatShita DVD-RAM UJ-840s
Cd rom behavior- after inserting CD/DVD it making some sounds and at cursor it showing revolving CD Symbol, after
some time it keeps quiet and no response.
if i double click on CD Drive it will open but no data will be shown.
But it detecting and Opening the CD/DVD that i got with PC (Microsoft XP Home Edition,Driver recovery DVD and Documentation CD).
It is not detecting any other CD/DVD .
I reinstalled the OS with even after that the problem is not solved.
during reinstallation of drivers i found error code 03f2.8007007B.
Please help me with solution, Thanks in advance.
