CD-ROM not working in Win98

My CD-ROM drive was working fine in Win98
and it also picks up with DOS Drivers but for some reason its not showing in My Computer any More. I’ve tried everything. There also seems to be a problem with Primary and Secondary IDE Controllers.

Any reason why this happens?
