CD-RW

I have a CD-RW sony CD-RW-CRX0811. It was orginally installed on a win 98 machine. We reinstalled Home XP on this same machine. The CD did not alwaqys work on win 98. We get the message when trying to record, there is no space. The CD’s are brand new, nothing on them. Help. This drive has been a problem from day one.
