Hello,
Our accountant is having trouble with large excel documents and simply accounting with his Celeron-S, 1000 MHz 256MB RAM pc running on Win98. He thinks it might be because Celeron’s don’t have a math coprocessor….is this true for the newer Celerons? Or is it unlikely that slowness in his computer is due to Celeron. I know this is a rather vague question, just wondering if the differences with LII cache sizes and system bus speeds, and/or existence of math coprocessor could be causing the problem with accounting functions.
Any help would be much appreciated.
thanks,
Marie
