Celular fax

I don’t have any expertise in this field, so I’ll ask you guys. I have a friend that wants to install a fax machine in his truck and recieve faxes via his cel phone. I know the machines are available, but I’ve been unable to locate one for him. Any suggestions on a reliable model.
