CEO/COO downloading programs

The CEO and COO of my organization (small business of about 150 employees) have the habit of downloading “utilities” from the Internet that “speed up your computer.” Even after I held a conference with everyone about the threats the Internet can pose, it hasn’t got through to them apparently. What should I do? Let them keep the downloads? Go on their PC and get rid of them later?
