Certain Website App.Not Acceptable

I’m running a system with AMD 1.6GHz.,256mb ram operating Win 98 and using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 as my browser. Recently I’ve tried to access a particular game called Party Bonus on Freeslots.com. It will not open for me so I can access it. It will open with Netscape Communicator 4.7 and Netscape 7.1. According to Freeslots.com website requirements I have what I need, but they state they have an overwhelming amount of email inquiries and would take for ever to resolve this issue. Is there any settings I could change on Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 to gain access to websites that I now cannot? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
