Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked

Hi all.

I have a user who is having an issue with a website he added to his server.
We configured it to go through a Load Balancer.
When he tries to access the site he receives the follow page. “Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked.
There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.
The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.” with the option to close the page or continue to the website.

We the configured the DNS to bypass the LB and go directly to the Web server. With this done the error page does not come up.

I’m complete out of ideas on this one.
