change a password on AD via https:

Does anyone know of a product or method to allow a user to change a password on AD via https: on an intranet without intervention by a system administrator? Presently, the user calls the help desk to have the password reset. I am looking towards an ?automatic? way for the user to obtain a new password via an intranet site (not via e-mail)
