Change Domain IP numbers ?

Anybody has a nice idea to change all MSD IP’s in a domain (NT Server and mixed 98’s, Nt and 2k clients, not using DHCP), in a quicker way than resetup any individual machine, and avoiding total black out until finished ? (including WINS, POP etc).
