Change font color for specific text throughout word 2010 document

I have text lines with brackets and a number between them i.e., [2] in many places throughout my document. I want to change the color of the numeral two to a red color font. Is there a way to search out all the instances of [ ] in my document and change the font color of whatever number is between those two brackets to a red color?
