change IP address for ssh login

Hi!
I have a remote linux server to which i get into by sshing into it. And from here i ssh into the rest of my remote linux servers. I want to change the IP address for ssh login (change from xx.xx.xx.xx to xx.xx.xx.yz). Kindly help, I can’t find the detailed steps for this.
