Change multiple user account password in windows server 2003

In our company, we have a policy that in every 6 months, we need to change the log in password of every user accounts, since we have 200 user account, it is so difficult to change it one by one.
Is there any way that i can change the password of this 200 users automatically, and after changing the password, can i get the list of password for each user? thnx
