Change the NIc in novell 3.12

I need to change the NIC card in a Novell 3.12 server… It currenly has a coaxal Nic card and i want upgrade it to a RJ45 Nic card… I almost have no experince with novell specially a virsion this old. I need a detailed help or documention on how to do it.
