Changing IRQ address for SMC 10/100 NIC

I have a TNT2 video card installed on WinNT4.0(sp6) and I am installing a SMC 10/100 NIC. Both card are wanting to reside on IRQ 10. IRQ 9 is open but neither card will switch to it.Trying to figure out how to change NIC’s IRQ. Can anyone help?
