Changing IRQ of NIC adapter

Is there an alternate method of changing the NIC adapter on an NT workstation? I have an Adaptec 1510 SCSI that MUST use IRQ 11 and an IBM Netfinity NIC that also uses 11. The dialog box for the Network adapter properties has been changed with the installation of the NIC and the “change” button has been removed.
