Changing mapings in logon script?

Hi,
I have a NT 4 server and I have a new Windows 2000 Server that will be replacing it. I would like to keep the same share folder but I am changing the server name. My question is I use a logon script with drive mappings and need to change one of the mappings. Right now one line read reads:
net use g: \\amerisc02\applied
and I need it to change to
net use g: \\Applied\applied.
Can I change the script so it will automatically clear out the old mapping and point it to the new mapping in one logon? I hope I explained everything clearly.
