Changing userprofile name over multiple Citrix servers

We have 5 Citrix servers. When I need to remake a users profile because it is corrupt or not working correctly, I have to log into all 5 servers and the Server that holds the profiles and rename the profile username.old. Is there a way to do this with a script or a easier way? Any help would be much appreciated.
