Channing intel fan

Dear sir ,I have cpu 1700 intel ,and BOARD: (Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 8ID533 1.x)and the fan (intel A38001-001)I want to change but i find a difficult to remove it how i can remove it in safety.
