Charging users to print

Hello,

I am planning to set up an internet cafe.

Is there any software to help me do the following:
A user clicks print, a window pops up asking for them to enter the number off the card they have just purchased to allow them to print a certain amount (eg/ 3 sheets). If they do not have enough credit the printing is blocked.

The system must not require any staff to use the computers.
