Cheap Network Tester to Blink Switch LED?

Just looking for a cheap network tester to blink the LED on a switch. If the tool identified if the cable was good or not, that would be a bonus.

The fluke stuff is a bit pricey, and my runner up is Test-UM LanScaper NT700. Any cheap dongles out there?
