Cheap Program to Block Internet Links

I need to set up a computer in our break room so employee’s can log onto their health insurance accounts and view various information about their benefits and what not. What are some inexpensive programs out there that can block/disable access to certain links in a site? We don’t want people linking themselves out to myspace or facebook.
