Check Queues Of Emails In Exchange 2003

Hi All
Someone is sending email with large attachments on our my network. I need to check the outgoing email queue can any please tell me how to do that ?
I am using Windows Server 2003 with Ex 2003 . I really need to view what emails are in my outgoing queue who the sender is ..who the recipient is and what the size of the message is ..
