checkpoint secureclient r60

I have user’s in 40+ remote locations complaining of slow domain login especially when user profiles are loading. I have windows xp service pack 2 clients and windows 2003 server service pack 1 behind the co-operate firewall(NGX R60).How can I speed up login login time?
