Chkdsk on server without reboot

Hi, there ae several servers I handle that need to run the chkdsk command. Both system drive and non-system drives. When I run chkdsk on system drive, it could not proceed since the drive is in use. Is there any way that I can do in running a chkdsk on system drive without the need of reboot? Thanks!
