Choosing Company Secretary as a PG course

Hi there,
I have completed my Engineering in Computer Science and I am currently working in a multi-national software company.
I would like to know the possible opportunities I might have if I take up Corporate Secretaryship as a post-graduation course. I know this sounds like a very rare combination career, hence I would like to have a general opinion on whether my knowledge in computer science can be applied/can be useful in this field and also on the various opportunities that would be available considering my technical background.
