CIH killed my HARD

Two days ago, my hard was killed by CIH, and I don’t know what to do. When I power on my computer I can come in only in BIOS. From floppy I can’t boot, because after the main information (CPU speed,RAM capacity and etc.)goes black screen with note: Disk is sick.
There I can’t type any commands. In Bios I check that boot up floppy disk is enabled and evrything loks okey here, but I can’t still boot up from floppy, the computer don’t seek flopp.
What can I do, is there any way to make my hard work again from BIOS.
I know about some programs, but how can I use it if I can’t use my floppy disk.

Help me please.
