Cisco 2600 Router Config Problem

While attempting to update the IOS on my Cisco 2600, I came across a large problem. I cannot access the priv exec mode, and it goes something like this:

Router>en
%no password set
Router>

Has anyone ever seen this before? This router is hardly ever used, so I’m not sure what happened the last time it was touched. It does not prompt me for a password, and I’ve attempted to break into it with no results.

I’m hoping I don’t have to reload the router, but I have come across nothing.
