cisco 2600 series bandwidth ?

The internet is slow at busy hours and it is even getting worse in our company? I would like to know which tool or command I can use to monitor how the bandwidth is used on cisco router 2600 series which is the gateway to the internet? Is there a way I could identify a specific user who uses more bandwidth? Plz help?
