Cisco 2610XM configuration

I have a following scenario, wondering if you can help

Our premises has ADSL router (Draytek) installed for internet connection with 5 global IP addresses with LAN IP 192.168.1.1

We have a Cisco 2610XM which we want to configure and use with a small network isolated form existing LAN, required internet access with presumably LAN IP 192.168.2.1 and port forwarding such as port 25 and 110 to an email Exchange server. Will this setup works? If so how can we start configuring cisco router?
