Cisco 2620 router’s ios problem

Hi…

I have a 2620 series Cisco router and due to voltage fluctuation its now giving garbage when connect through console.

I tried many times to enter Rommon mode but thats also response in same manner.
So plz tell me how to erase the existing flash and copy another ios.

plz let me out of this problem if anybody knows.
