Cisco 2621XM’s with NM-4T1-IMA

I’ve got to get a point-to-point connection together using the above listed hardware. I have a PTP T-1 with a coding/framing of B8ZS ESF. It’s been a long time since I have done anything ATM and it was Nortel when I did. Any ideas on what the config should look like? The WAN IP’s for the routers are 192.168.254.97/30 and 192.168.254.98/30. LAN’s are 1192.168.128.1/21 and 192.168.136.1/21. I don’t have a need for RIP and would prefer to use static routes. Any help is greatly appreciated.
