Cisco 2950 Port Ip restriction

Dear Sir’s

I am Have A cicco 2950 switch and I need to restrict all the 24 port on it with a specfic
ip Address.
for example port 1 address 192.168.0.1
port 2 address 192.168.0.2
and so on

so if the user connected to port one try to change its ip from 192.168.0.1 he lose the net connection.

can any one help me with that
