Cisco 2950 Switch

Hi all,

I have a problem with my Cisco 2950 swicth. sometimes this swicth is not pinging nither able to telnet , but the most suprise thing is that all the ports remain up and working.
I Can access this Switch from Console.

Please help on this ……
