Cisco 2950 Switch’s Secondary Link

Hi,
I have to connect a central router(Cisco 1751) with Switches(Cisco 2950) at three remote offices.The primary link will be via Fiber optic cables.Is it possible to configure any secondary/backup link in the switch in case the Fiber optic connectivity is down.Please suggest
