Cisco 3000 VPN – SSL Incomplete Chain Error

I am trying to install a Verisgn certificate on the public interface of a Cisco 3020 VPN. I ma using 4.7.k9 (latest) of the Cisco software and have updated teh Verisign CA certificate on the appliance to the latest one.

Whenever I try to install teh certificate on the 3020 I get an incomplete chain error. I think the problem is in the Server Vendor required by Verisign to generate the certificate.

I used Apache as the Server Vendor becuase that is the one recommended for the Cisco ACS product. But, that doesn’t seem to be the correct one. Does anyone know what Server Vendor to use when requesting a certificate through Verisign for the Cisco 3000 series VPN appliances?
