Cisco 3825 and 3560 PoE Switch

I know it’s something simple

On the 3560 the vlan’s work and can ping the outside. When I attach the switch to 3825 I can only ping the default vlan (Vlan1). The other Vlan ip addresses are 10.0.20.1, 10.0.30.1, 10.0.40.1, 10.0.50.1. I attached a pc to the router and was able to get to the internet so I am kind of confused why it won’t work.
