Cisco 4506 CPU utilization always >=75%

i have 1 unit 5 WS-X4013 1000BaseX Supervisor and 5 units of WS-X4148-RJ

any1 know how to reduce the utilazation? is that my supervisor problem? or Cat OS version problem?
