Cisco 871w and Inter-vlan routing

I’ve successfully configured my router using the Excel template provided by George Ou, so basically, that’s my configuration. I’ve configured 3 vlans, one has an ssl web server that is accessible from the internet and needs to be accessible from the other vlans as well. How do I configure inter-vlan routing with the configuration provided on the template?
