Cisco Academy vs NYU Certificate in Network Administration

Hi all,
I am contemplating a career change hence the question below. Which path would be more effective to prepare for CCNA exam and subsequently to enter the Network Administration field -Cisco Academy or NYU Certificate in Network Administration? I already have a BS (not in IT field) and MBA
