Cisco Aironet Lightweigth IP Assignment

Hello guys,

Hope everybody is fine here and hope you can help me to troubleshoot this issue.

I have an Cisco Aironet 1240AG with the Light version of IOS “Version 12.3(7)JA1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)”

The controller is in a different country than the AP and when my users connect to the AP, it doesnt assign IP addresses from my local network but from the network where the controller is located in that other country.
