Cisco and Microsoft DHCP

Hi,

We plan on moving our DHCP server from a Cisco 2611 to a Windows 2003 Server, the reason being we are adding a branch and we plan on increasing the number of hosts plus it should be easy to administer. We plan on adding a DHCP relay agent at our branch office.

What kind of settings need to be changed on the client side? Router side?

As far as I know I need to create a new scope on our Windows 2003 DC, activate it, delete the lines of code on the Cisco router about handing out DHCP. Am I missing anything?
