cisco asa firewall issue with me

hi

i have an issue and i hope i can chat with one of network administrator . my issue is

that i have applied a policy in in asa firewall . when i have applied it i got some problem i will write then in the following:
1. mail server not reciving and sending any mail.
2. i have report in e-application i not opening ( this regarding webseal server).
3. i can not browse the internet .

i realy need the solution soon as possible
