Cisco ASA to PIX Site to Site VPN

I’ve set up a site to site VPN but the VPN only comes up when a call is made from Site A to Site B. When we try to establish a VPN connection from Site B to Site A I don’t see anything happening. How can I see if the PIX 506 (Site B) is even trying to make the connection?
