Cisco Call Manager/Unity user migration…

We are preparing to migrate hosted users from 4 different companies on an existing CCM 3.3 to CCM 4.2 and Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(2) to Unity 4.0 Build 4.0 (3).

Any ideas on how to do this quickly?
